Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills within the commercial HVAC construction environment.

Environmental Requirements
This position requires regular travel to active construction of job sites and customer locations. Work environments may include indoor and outdoor conditions, exposure to construction noise, mechanical equipment, and varying weather conditions.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders, and navigate active construction sites. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
