Live in Caregiver Needed - Thursday-Friday

Job Summary:

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! We are looking for a 1 day Live in caregiver for a client in Bothell, Shift is 5pm Thursday- 5pm Friday ongoing. Must have dementia and diabetes experience as well as have their Nurse Delegation for Diabetes certificate.

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers/ $350/ day for Live In work

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
